Chef Charles Taylor is the owner, pitmaster, and the backbone of Da-Bombs Bar-B-Que. A local pastor with more than 30 years of experience bringing folks the truth, is now bringing folks to taste the truth. Charles, along with his beautiful wife of 14 years, runs the business side of Da-Bombs, as well as everything in between. One thing you know you can count on when you work with Chef Charles… you’re going to get his genuine best. His ultimate goal is to keep our family owned and operated tradition alive.
